The gastronomy of Zuheros is based on two main pillars: olive oil and goat cheese. The olive oil from Zuheros is under the designation of Origin of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Baena. Thanks to the production of excellent quality goat cheeses, the name of Zuheros has crossed borders, settling in kitchens worldwide. Typical and representative dishes of the area include Mojete de Patatas, Clavellina, and pickled oranges in oil.
